• Propose constructive views and recommendations to the government sector, for example to National Competitiveness Committee on Logistics chaired by the Prime Minister and propose to National Economic and Social Development Board (NESDB) to draft the national master plan on logistics development

• Serves as the consultation center for members on import-export problems including rules and regulations, infrastructure, logistics activities and tried to solve these problems through various Sub-Committees i.e. Logistics & Supply Chain and Trade Facilitation Committees by negotiation with government sector for example Ministry of Transportation, The Port Authority of Thailand, Airports of Thailand PLC, The Customs Department and with private sector for example Freight Forwarders, Liners and Cargo Terminals that are TNSC network     

• Was assigned by National Competitiveness Committee on Logistics and NESDB to be responsible for enhancing capacity building to the Thai exporters in the field of Logistics management  

• Sign service contract with Liners in order to give special service freight rate for members

• Take leading role in establishing the Thai Federation on Logistics (TFL), comprising of 16 related organizations, for example; The Federation of Thai Industries, The Chamber of Commerce, TAFA and TIFFA etc. to empower the logistics development of Thailand unitary

• Certify for members the “Financial Status Certificate” as the “Good Exporters” and “Registered Exporters” of Revenue Department free of change. Therefore, members will get privilege on VAT refund within short period of time since filing the form

• Participate in the international forum such as being member of Federation of ASEAN Shippers’ Council to present standing points of Thai shippers related to the issues of   international trade, freight rate, and rules & regulations

• Organize site visits both in Thailand and abroad.

• To organize training and seminars on special logistics topics for members

• To organize CRM activities i.e. sport games with many organizations such as Bangkok Port and organize Road Show to visit members in various industrial estates and  Alumni Activities to reward the members
